I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, offering beautiful views. The staff, including waiters, bar staff, and housekeeping, were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, the pool was colder than expected. Overall, a great experience!

Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the rooms somewhat disappointing with a stench of dampness lingering in the air, although they were adequately heated and the towels were changed daily. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant surprise in the toilet. I ended up needing two connecting rooms due to a malfunctioning safe, which incurred extra costs. The service, however, was exceptional and very friendly, particularly the amusement team. The location was ideal, near the town center and within short distances to various amenities. The dining options were a bit lackluster but did offer some enjoyable Moroccan and French specialties. The facilities overall were satisfactory, despite a few shortcomings.
